Since HeadStart911 operates independently from your CAD system’s incident creation and assignment process, it does not commit the dispatcher to a particular course of action. HeadStart911 recommendations are easily overridden when the dispatcher decides it’s appropriate. The original recommendation can be written to incident comments for documentation purposes.
