AlertLine is a compact tool which notifies dispatchers in real-time of critical changes in incidents and call information. Integrating tightly with your CAD system, AlertLine functions like another “queue”, effectively becoming part of your CAD workstation display.

AlertLine monitors and alerts your dispatchers and call receivers of the following events:

• IN QUEUE - Notifies when a new incident arrives in the Waiting Queue
• 911 SOURCE - Notifies of the ANI/ALI source of a call (Cellular, PBX, etc)
• CAUTION NOTE - Notifies of Caution Notes on a premise or address
• PRIORITY UPGRADE - Notifies when the priority of an incident is upgraded
• PRIORITY DOWNGRADE - Notifies when the priority of an incident is downgraded
• RESPONSE CHANGE - Notifies when the response plan changes on an incident
• ADDRESS CHANGE - Notifies when any address component of an incident changes
• CALL CANCEL - Notifies when a call is cancelled, and for what reason
• COMMENT KEYWORDS - Up to 10 separate comment filters to notify of critical information

AlertLine now has a new “Instant Message” (IM) feature similar to popular messaging applications available that work over the internet. Unlike internet solutions however, AlertLine’s IM integrates tightly into your CAD system and all messages stay securely with your CAD local network. This allows your dispatchers to communicate instantly within an Agency, or across different Agencies, including the ability to place “hot links” to incidents and vehicles directly in the message. When the recipient sees the message, they only need to click on the “hot link” to bring up the full incident and/or vehicle information screen.
